JUST SOLD! Congrats to my wonderful clients Tom and Melissa Gilbert on the sale of their wonderful home in Oradell on Grove Street, which they have lived in for many, many years. This vintage Colonial, built in 1862 is now the residence of a wonderful family that has just relocated from Austin, Texas. Wishing my clients much happiness in their new home in Teaneck and the new buyers of 473 Grove St. a wonderful life with their family there.
