Just Closed!

Just closed on these wonderful homes for my two first time home-buyers. Working with young families is one of my favorite things to do and I love how happy and genuinely thankful they are at the end of it all. Congrats to Miguel da Silva and his wonderful young family and also congrats to Adolfo Baca Carillo and his beautiful young family as well. Both of these families faced major challenges, not of their own doing, but situations outside of their control. But with Cathy Haddad , Shane Force and James McKenna of Atlantic Home Loans involved and of course Randal Habeeb having been the attorney representing them, we had a dynamic team, and brought both deals to a beautiful close. Congrats everyone, great job!
